Tour Homes:

Tour open houses, arrange a showing through the listing agent, or get private tours through us.

Inspections:

We have professional property inspectors that we can recommend prior to making an offer or after an offer is accepted. We’ll make sure that you have a clear picture of the condition of the property. This can also help strengthen your offer because the seller will know that you’re a serious buyer.

Review the Disclosures:

We’ll review the entire disclosure package with you and any inspections that the seller may have provided. If needed we’ll get additional information and answers to any questions you might have.

Draft Offer:

We’ll draft an offer with you and go over it line by line. We can do this in person and via the internet. Either way we’ll make sure you understand every term.

Negotiate the Offer:

We’ll negotiate on your behalf and make sure you get the best deal possible. Anyone can draft an offer, it takes experience to get it accepted on terms that meet your requirements. We’ll present your offer in person if possible and do whatever it takes to win the deal.

Closing:

We handle all of the paperwork, guiding you through mortgage, inspection, title insurance, and escrow. You’ll feel in control the whole way through.
